Travel & Booking Essentials
Travel is included in package prices within 40 miles roundtrip of NKB Collective’s
primary location. This applies to both the trial and wedding day.
Travel outside 40 miles is billed as: 41–80 miles: $75 flat travel fee (roundtrip)
81–150 miles: $150 flat travel fee (roundtrip)
150+ miles or requiring flight / overnight stay: actual travel expenses + $150 travel
administration fee. (Flights, hotels, and valet/baggage are charged at cost and required
to be booked/paid prior to the date.)
All travel fees are collected with the final payment (or earlier if arranged).
Booking & payment basics
Retainer: 40% of the total invoice due at booking to secure the date.
Non-refundability: $200 of the retainer is non-refundable.
Final payment due 7–14 days before the wedding day (or per contract).
All prices are starting rates; complex schedules, early call times, or venue logistics may
require additional staffing fees.
